Vegetables and fruits
Vegetables and fruits should have their place, they should be kept separate from other food. The storage period is influenced not only by temperature, but also by humidity, as well as the type of product itself. Most of this food can be left in the refrigerator, in a special freshness zone. Here they can stay from four days to a week. If we talk about room temperature, such products can be on the table for no more than two to three days.
Potato
Remember, potatoes, regardless of their variety, cannot be at a low temperature. Since under the influence of a low degree it becomes a sweet taste. It is best to store such a product in a cool place, and even better in a dark place, placing the potatoes in paper5 bags. Meat and dairy products

At room temperature, it can also be stored for no more than two hours.
Fresh fish
This product contains microorganisms, they affect the shelf life. At low temperatures, in other words, in the refrigerator, such microorganisms cease their activity, respectively, the shelf life of food becomes longer. The optimal temperature range for storing fish is from -2 to 0 degrees. Therefore, raw fish can be stored in a conventional refrigerator for no more than one day. At a temperature of -2 degrees, you can leave such a product for up to four days. If you need to keep the fish longer, it is better to freeze it.
Bread
During the storage of this product, it is worth observing certain norms. Here are the main ones:
- The product must be stored in its original packaging;
- It is better to leave unpacked bread in a clean, and most importantly, dry container;
- Leave the product on plastic, wooden stands. This helps to increase air circulation, due to which the degree of humidity decreases, as a result – the absence of mold;
- Remove breadcrumbs as they encourage mold.
If you want to keep bread for a long time, then put it in the refrigerator or freezer.
Particular attention should be paid to desserts. They must be stored at sub-zero temperatures. If there is a cream, then their shelf life is reduced to 12-24 hours. Chocolate, muffins, etc. can remain usable for two to three days.
